It's Never Too Late To Thrift Shop

Yesterday my daughter and I had the pleasure of attending a W.O.W Conference with my mother, which by the way was wonderful.  It is an annual women's conference that is held at her church.  We really enjoyed ourselves and they provided a wealth of information.  However prior to me deciding to go I had plans to attend a 50% off sale at a local hospital charity shop.  In the back of my mind I kept trying to figure a way that I could attend the conference and hit up the charity shop first thing in the morning.  Due to the conference starting at 8:30 am and the shop not opening until 9:00 am there was no way that I would be able to catch the shop first thing in the am.  Bummed about not being able to score on some of the amazing items at the charity shop but glad I was able to spend some quality time with my mother.  Bummed did I just say bummed, well let's just say I wasn't bummed at all because I went to the charity shop after the conference.  I managed to make it to the shop about two hours before they closed and I must admit that I wasn't disappointed at all.  I am amazed at what I found.  This trip was definitely all about quality over quantity I didn't source a ton of items but I found some nice ROI items. And the only way I found those items was because I looked through the racks and took my time.  So let me just share with you some of the great items I sourced.

All the items were sourced from a hospital charity shop

Calypso St Barth Target $1.37

Boston Proper $2

Anthropologie Stone & Cloth $1.50

Cabi $1

Gimmicks by BKE $1.50

Flax $.50 cents

The best pick up by far was this victorian top by Michal Negrin
I would definitely call this brand a BOLO $1.75

So glad that I went with my instinct.  It is NEVER too late to hit up the stores even if it's two hours before closing time.

Thanks for reading and Happy Thrifting~
